New year new me, you heard that one before but I had done it all before doing from a massive overweight to a massive weight loss on my own, but being down with a bad back and sciatic nerve problems in my leg for about 2.5 years, couldn’t move for pain, and doctor giving me pain meds and I became overweight again.
This in this year 2025 I’m almost pain free enough, so I started exercising again, just start out with some walks on a treadmill, and if you want to read about how my progress are doing you can read about here in my site, and maybe get inspired yourself.
