1 kg down 🙂 I was hoping for me but i guess i put on some muscles from walking so much, so that’s okay it just motivates me to lose some more

Monday: 45 minutes on the treadmill at speed 4 km/h

Wednesday: 40 minutes on the treadmill at speed 4 km/h

Friday: sadly no workout today since I think I over did it and hurt myself

Sunday: I overdid and hurt my legs so gonna take a week off
