New week, put on a few kilos but some of it I guess is muscles and some water weight after I was sick, so that’s okay it just motivates me more to lose it again

Monday: 40 minutes on the treadmill at speed 4 km/h

Wednesday: 40 minutes on the treadmill at speed 4 km/h

Friday: 40 minutes on the treadmill at speed 4 km/h

Sunday: 40 minutes on the treadmill at speed 4 km/h
