New week, I’m slowly but surely getting closer to an hour that is my goal, and when I get use to I might up the speed a little more until now I’m walking 4km/h
Monday: walked on the treadmill for 25 min
Wednesday: walked on the treadmill for 30 min
Friday: walked on the treadmill for 37 min
Sunday: Sadly no treadmill since i’m sick
